The Boston Celtics simply pounded the Chicago Bulls into submission in game six Friday night, winning 105-83 and wrapping up the first round playoff series 4-2.

After losing their first two games at home, the Celtics beat the Bulls four straight times.

They open round two vs the Washington Wizards Sunday afternoon at 1pm (NOTE: Live game coverage on Sports Radio 92.9 The Ticket begins at 12:30pm).

In finishing off Chicago, the Celtics had all five starters in double-digit scoring with Avery Bradley leading with 23 points.

The C's had leads of 30 points at times, sharing the ball with 28 assists while the Bulls had 13.

After the series win the team was headed back to Boston while Isaiah Thomas was heading back to Tacoma, Washington to attend the funeral of his younger sister, Chyna, who was killed in a car crash.
