What a crazy game in Washington last night as the Caps ended up beating the Boston Bruins in overtime 4-3. When it was over, both teams seemed equally frustrated with what happened.

The Capitals scored just 23-seconds into the game on a whacky, deflection shot. Then the Caps added to more goals and seemingly had the game in control leading 3-0.

The Bruins stepped up and completely outplayed Washington for two periods. At one point, the Caps went 26 minutes without a shot on goal.

Meanwhile, the B's got goals from Dominic Moore, David Pastrnak and Colin Miller to tie the game 3-3.

Then, 1:23 into overtime, Nicklas Backstrom scored the game winner for Washington.

Getting the game into overtime gives the Bruins a point in the standings. The B's are now 15-10-2.
