The unforgiving NHL schedule caught up to the Boston Bruins last night. A 4-3 loss to the Anaheim Ducks in their third game in four nights. Another home game loss for the B's.

They actually took a 2-0 lead in the first period, getting goals from Zdeno Chara and Austin Czarnik in 13-seconds. But, by the end of the period, the Ducks had tied the game 2-2.

Backup goalie Anton Khudobin really didn't make any big saves when it was needed (23 saves).

Anaheim scored twice in the second period and then made the lead stand up. Neither team could score in the third.

So the B's drop to 16-13-3. Most alarming is another season of losing at home, now a 7-8 record at Boston Garden.
