New England Patriots Quarterback Tom Brady is now waiting to see if the United States Court of Appeals will accept his request for a rehearing after filing an appeal on Monday.

One of Brady’s legal representation Ted Olson joined ESPN Radio on Tuesday throughout the day to talk about the decision to appeal for a rehearing.  ESPN’s Andrew Brandt said that the possibility of Brady getting back in court against the NFL is still quite a longshot that would likely drag into the season.  Brandt also listed that the NFLPA and Brady’s team may try to take the issue to the Supreme Court.

The decision on whether or not there will be a rehearing as part of an en banc hearing will likely be made in the next month.
