Brady Named AFC Player Of The Month
It didn't take New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady to get back into form after a four game suspension.
Brady was named as the AFC Offensive Player of the Month by the National Football League for his work over the past four games.
The QB in four games in October had 1,319 yards of passing offense and threw for 12 touchdowns. During that span he also did not throw an interception.
The Patriots are 7-1 on the season and 4-0 since the return of Brady from suspension, as the team heads to the bye week. The award was the ninth monthly honor for the QB who passed Peyton Manning for the most all-time. It was the first award for Brady since September 2015.
