It's a girl — and a Dream come true — for new parents Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna.

Chyna, who first announced she was pregnant in May, gave birth just after 9 AM today (November 10), TMZ has reported. The little girl's seven pounds, five ounces and is named Dream.

While the parents are likely elated, the day wasn't without its drama. The site says that Chyna had a C-section scheduled for 8:30 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, and while cameras were ready to shoot the event for a forthcoming special, certain areas were off-limits, provoking a back-and-forth argument between The Kardashians and the hospital staff.

The couple also participated in the Mannequin Challenge... while in the delivery room.

So far, auntie Khloe Kardashian has shared news of the birth, and tweeted that Dream is "Absolutely stunning!"

Elsewhere on Twitter, the name Dream left many confounded.
