Bears Must Prevent Rocket Liftoff Tonight
The UMaine football team takes on the Toledo Rockets tonight in the second game of the season. It is another FBS step-up money game for the Bears after playing UConn last week.
UConn beat the Bears 24-21 on a last second field goal.
Many football observers say Toledo is considerably better than UConn. The Rockets play in the MAC(Mid American Conference). They scored an opening night win over FBS Arkansas State 31-10 last week.
Toledo is coming off a 10-2 season that includes a win at the Boca Raton Bowl.
It will be the first ever meeting between UMaine and Toledo.
