WHNT-TV reports 48-year-old Daryl Raymond, Jr. of Stockholm, Maine made his initial appearance in Lauderdale County District Court on Monday. Raymond is now charged with five counts of sexual abuse of a child under the age of 12.

Police in Florence, Alabama arrested Raymond on Saturday after two of the alleged victims claimed he molested them while on a pony ride. As the case against him unfolds, investigators say more victims are likely to come forward.

Raymond worked for the Jungle Safari Petting Zoo, which packed up and left the city following the man's arrest.

Will Powell of the Lauderdale County District Attorney’s Office said, “Our concern is, since this is a traveling organization, that there are other victims out there.”
