Aroostook County Grand Jury Indictments – February 2016

Three Presque Isle men charged with trafficking in drugs were among 21 people indicted by the Aroostook County Grand Jury as it finished its second session of 2016.

The Maine Drug Enforcement Agency charged 25-year-old Charles Libby, 36-year-old Joseph Haley and 52-year-old Kurt Parks in separate arrests late last year, according to information provided by District Attorney Todd R. Collins.

Grand Jury indictments were also handed down Thursday in seven assault cases in Aroostook County.
