Aroostook County Grand Jury Indictments – April 2015
A 30-year-old Portage woman has been indicted for drug trafficking after being charged last month by the Aroostook County Sheriff's Department.
Carly Milliard is one of seven people indicted for drug trafficking as the Aroostook County Grand Jury completed its third session of 2015 on Thursday. In total, the Grand Jury handed down 20 indictments against 19 individuals for a wide range of charges, according to District Attorney Todd R. Collins.
Note: The Grand Jury does not determine innocence or guilt, but finds probable cause that the defendant committed a crime.
