Amy Joy Berube Joins Wintergreen Arts Center as Private Event Planner

The Wintergreen Arts Center is pleased to announce that Amy Joy Berube was recently named the organization’s private party and event planner.

In her new role, Berube is coordinating Wintergreen’s effort to make its State Street location more available for private and corporate functions.

Berube joins Wintergreen with over 20 years of experience in retail, sales, customer service and business.  She and her husband Michael Barker owned and operated All Dec’d Out, a party supply and decorating business located in Presque Isle, for 14 years.  Berube holds a bachelor’s degree in communication with a concentration in business from the University of Maine at Presque Isle.

Berube and her husband live in Washburn with their three children; two daughters, ages 16 and 12, and a son soon turning 6-years-old.  She most recently worked in the direct sales industry and finds joy in being a stay-at-home mom.

I am grateful for the opportunity to get back into doing something I love,” said Berube.  “I look forward to helping people plan their special events in the amazing venue that is the Wintergreen Arts Center.”
