In the Pine Tree State, better known as the state of Maine, things are said and done a bit differently than in the rest of the 49 states. And frankly, we like it like that!

    In Maine, when confirming something, it's not 'yes.' Instead, they say, 'Ayah', which sounds like 'yet or yep.'

    The best Whoopie Pies in the world are made right here in the Pine Tree State. As a matter of fact, there is a pizza joint in Hampden, Maine that has won blue ribbons for their homemade Whoopies. Maine Whoopie Pies are the best!
