3 Campers, Car Swallowed by Sinkhole at Fredericton Campground

Some campers at the Hartts Island RV Resort in Fredericton had a bit of a surprise over the weekend in the wake of Tropical Storm Arthur.

The storm brought heavy rain to the area and washed away a culvert  at the campground on Saturday afternoon, swallowing three 10-metre RVs and a car.

There were a few tense moments, but quick thinking campers were able to save several other campers.

Luckily, no one was injured during the incident.
