2015 Mars Hill Blaine Winterfest Kicks off this Weekend

Get ready for some winter magic for the whole family! The Mars Hill Blaine Winterfest committee presents the magic of winter – with events for the whole family all weekend long – March 13th through the 15th.

Some of the fun events are as follows:

Friday, March 13th:

4:00pm - 6:00pm Youth Basketball Games (Mars Hill vs. Easton)

4:30pm - 6:30pm Turkey Supper ($7 pre-sold, $8 at the door, $5 for ages 10 and under)

Saturday, March 14th:

6:00am - 9:00am St. Patrick's Day breakfast put on by the Mars Hill & Blaine Community Club. ($5 a plate) @ CAHS

9:00am - 1:00pm Penny Carnival sponsored by CAHS Seniors @ CAHS Weather Permitting

10:00am - 4:00pm Helicopter Rides @ CAHS. ($40 per person for a 10-15 minute ride)

Bigrock Events:

4:00pm - 8:00pm Night Skiing ($5 lift ticket/$15 rentals)

7:00pm Fire twirling performance

8:30pm Fireworks by Central Maine Pyrotechnics (Sponsored by the town of Mars Hill)

Sunday, March 15th:

10:00am Big Rock Ski Invitational - Youth Ski Race
